    That's the beauty of the WOE, you can custom tailor it to your tastes and desires. I stayed on E.I. for a long time, but I think my tolerance to boredom is really low. I think you are on a wise course in monitoring yourself, and letting it be your guide. Boredom and temptation are the enemies, not the additional cup of vegetables.

        I started with you, and I was having the same doubt, so your thread served me good... I read again the book and decided to stay 2 more weeks on induction.
