    I was wondering what the right supplements were for induction? It mentions several in the book, but what d o you guys take?

    Dr. Atkins recommended in the book to use Atkins Basic 3. I don't know if they still make that vitamin. But you can find several multivitamins with similar composition to the Basic 3, like Centrum Silver.

        I take a "one a day" and a Potassium tablet (man, those leg cramps can be killer).

            I take the Atkins Basic 3 and Dieters' Advantage and Essential Oils. Be careful - when Atkins went bankrupt a lot of stores held onto product and I am now seeing it being sold for full price or at a discount. Check all expiration dates - some are over 1 year expired. I know Vitamin Shoppe carries some good multivitamins for low carb dieters. Hope this helps.
