Re: Supplements
Dr. Atkins recommended in the book to use Atkins Basic 3. I don't know if they still make that vitamin. But you can find several multivitamins with similar composition to the Basic 3, like Centrum Silver.Originally posted by TeresacI was wondering what the right supplements were for induction? I take a "one a day" and a Potassium tablet (man, those leg cramps can be killer).

Re: Supplements
I take the Atkins Basic 3 and Dieters' Advantage and Essential Oils. Be careful - when Atkins went bankrupt a lot of stores held onto product and I am now seeing it being sold for full price or at a discount. Check all expiration dates - some are over 1 year expired. I know Vitamin Shoppe carries some good multivitamins for low carb dieters. Hope this helps.
