7 days into induction!!

    7 days into induction!!

    Hi everyone!!! First off I want to say how great everyone is here.. and how supportive/inspiring you guys are! It's amazing . So.. now just sharing a bit of success with you all!

    I started induction last Tuesday weighing in at 300.00. Tonight I'm writing you weighing in at 291.6. Lost 8.4 lbs in 7 days! Not bad!! I'm so determined about getting this weight off.. I'm sick of how I look in pictures. I have a beautiful face and it's about time the rest of me looked it too! I have a wonderful supporting family and boyfriend (future fiance)! The support here is great, as well! My clothes are fitting awesome, in fact I've even pulled a few clothes out of the closet I haven't fit into for years! What A FANTASTIC feeling!! Thanks everyone for the encouragement and I'll post more progress in a week!!!

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

                Congrats, ImCurvin!! You remind me of me. I started Atkins on Monday and weighed in at 300lbs. I think it would be great if we were buddies..
