I heard from a friend that eating more than two eggs a day can be bad for you. I know that taking out the yolk would help but I can't stand to eat 'half' eggs. So I was wondering if anyone knew the safe limit to have on whole eggs.
also, I had one macadamia nut today because I forgot that nuts weren't allowed on introduction. Does anyone know how much one nut can set me back?

Of all that you can eat, these are almost the pefrect low carb food that you can have. Look at the ratios and you'll see that they are the food that fits Atkins the best. Don't worry about eggs, but watch the carbs for sure!!! Pizza is the devil!!! 





but he is 6ft 4 and a very big guy ..and he also can eat an entire chicken as a snack...good thing he buys his own groceries now!!!
