This is only day 2 of induction and I'm having terrible headaches..Anyone know why? and will they go away??

Are you going through caffeine withdrawal at all? That is what happened to me, and it passed after a few days. Hang in there!

It is probably Induction Flu. Your body is going through what runners call the "wall" as it switches over from burning all the glycogen in your muscles for energy to burning fat. It takes a bit to get used to the change in energy, and normally it is better by the 4th or 5th day. Just keep drinking your water, and it'll get better.Kent - 35-M-6'4"

It happened to me too... hated them, hated the diet... hated Dr. Atkins... but on day 6 they where over... I know it was a crappy start, but it's worth it, so hang in there, when you start seeing the results, you'll think headaches are just a tiny price to pay on the first days of induction
