  • Day 4!

Well, here I am on day 4. I haven't weighed myself because i want to follow the 14 day rule. I can feel a difference though. My pants are a little looser so that's good. I have slight withdrawl symptoms- very light headache- but mostly just a fuzzy feeling all around. One thing I have realized though is how much better i feel after eating. I used to get so sick and full and bloated feeling- it was almost painful. Now i get full but not sick full. I feel better, i have more energy- i love it! I will make it to the end of induction and beyond!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I havent been online lately but wanted to add my best wishes for a successful induction, Ghelen.
It sounds as if you are off to a good start already.
        Keep up the good work
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
