Where do you live. (ie which country)? I know where you can buy them in England, but thats about it.

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I may be a voice in the wilderness on this one, but save your money. You don't really need them. If you follow the plan, exactly as it is written, and you drink your water and exercise, you will lose weight. You'll be able to tell you are in ketosis as your body changes to a fat burning mode by the "tin" taste in your mouth (people describe it as a penny taste, but I've never eaten pennies), some experience a fuzzy taste which extra tooth brushings help, some say their pee takes on a new worst than normal odor. Save the money until the next phase when you begin to increase your carbs according to the steps. Having them then may be more beneficial when you are establishing your CCL.

You can buy them pretty much anywhere from K-Mart to Meijer, I bought mine at a store called CVS and they were $10 for 100 of them. I used them for a while and then started getting frustrated because they weren't turning purple all the time. Now when I use them the only time they turn purple is after I've worked out so I only use them occasionally. Like Irish said, "Save your money" because it's not worth it, it will make you more frustrated in the long run. Rely on the tape measure because that's where the real results are.Comment

I agree with Irish. Save your money until you really might need them, ie starting up the OWLadder or into a major stall. They really don't tell you anything other than your spilling fat into your urine and it doesn't necessary have to be fat from your body, its more likely fat that your eating.

I never saw a colour change during my first 100 pounds of weightloss, so never bothered to buy new ketosticks when they were used up!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
