HELLO OUT THERE, I'VE JUST HIT DAY 13 AND I'VE LOST 2 MORE POUNDS.
I SAID THAT I WAS'NT GOING TO WEIGH MYSELF UNTIL DAY 15, BUT THAT WENT OUT OF THE WINDOW AS I EYED THE SCALE WHEN I JUMPED OUT OF THE SHOWER LAST NIGHT.
ANYWAY I'M AT THIS POINT WERE I FORGET TO EAT SOMETHING BECAUSE I'M NOT VERY HUNGRY.
THEN WHEN I DO EAT SOMETHING I'M FULL QUICKLY AND CAN'T FINISH IT.
WHATS UP WITH THAT? I'M STILL DRINKING MY WATER AND DOING HOUSEWORK AS EXERCISE. YOU KNOW UPSTAIRS, DOWNSTAIRS, BEND TO PICK THIS UP, BEND TO PICK THAT UP. IT'S ALL QUITE TIRING BUT VERY EFFECTIVE.
