    so here i am on day 10 and all in all ive had a good induction experience,im not drinking any diet cokes or teas so pretty much caffine free,not craving the suger and havent had any set backs..even yesterday i took my little girl and my girlfriend to see the movie barnyard,,and haha they both went to the bath room leaving me holding,the pop corn ,nachos and 2 cokes,,,haha talk about temptation but no worries not even a taste,,but that was kinda cruel but i had to laugh.

    the only thing im missing is beer,,,yeaaaa i love the beer.

    i can tell ive lost some weight some of my shirts are not as tight and my pants arnt doing that diggin in my side thing any more haha i actually had to dig my belt out.

    heres a couple pics of me before i gained about 35 to 40 lbs i was right at 300 in these,,,my goal weight would be about 250,,once i reach that ill decide if i should make a new goal.im right at 6ft and i think the height to weight ratio is like 185 but i dont know ,,,with my frame i can carry more then that and still be fit

    Good job with resisting. I love the nachos, and my son loves anything with pop in the name - pop tarts, popsicles, popcorn, so anytime we're watching movies he gets popcorn and I get a whole lot of staring at the bowl.

      it wasnt bad sitting next to them in the movies,,,but when i first walked in the door that super sweet smell of fresh popcorn hit me in the face like a angry girlfriend,,haha that when i had to get myself in check..by the time i was left holding the goddies i was in controle. i just bought a 4$ bottle of water,,,,(how insane is that), and sipped the movie away.

        Way to go! That must have been difficult! I'm starting Day 15 now, but one of these days we can have seeds again (like sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds) and then take those to the movies... Keeps your mouth busy, tastes pretty good, and means you have something as well!

        Something to look forward to!

        Impressive! That took LOADS of will power!

          Good job for keeping your resolve when faced with popcorn and nachos. That was hard, I know. I went to the movies twice in the last month. The first time I gave into the popcorn...I'm on OWL so I could have had it...but I WAYYYYYYY over did it. The second time I made sure I was stuffed with legal food before I went. That seemed to help. You're doing a great job!
