I'm on day eight and doing pretty well I still feel really weird though. It's like I feel fuzzy or something- kind of dizzy- kind of weak. I am hoping it will go away soon. I just made the best little snack. I took half an avacado, cooked a couple slices of bacon, smeared the avacado on the bacon and rolled it up- very good.
I know the avacado is good for potassium too.Just writing to say hi but also wondering if anyone else understands what I mean when I say I feel "fuzzy"
