  • 7 Days Cheat Free ! !

    Hello, My name is Summer..I have been on induction for 7 days now..NO CHEATING SO FAR.....YEAH ! ! The only problem that I have is..I hate most all veggies..uggggg...I have been trying to eat some salad with just lettuce, eggs & grilled chicken..but the lettuce I taste so strong it makes my meal almost horrid. So I have almost cut that one veggie also..I just cant stomach it..I have noticed the past few days, I have no energy at all...So I have been trying to eat a little more meat and a few more eggs to see if It will help me a little but not so far...I didnt shop wise this week so my primary meat has been chicken and a lot of eggs...lol..I told my husband if he woke up in the morning and there was a egg in the bed, I laid it...lol...I feel like I am turning into a chicken ...But I am really proud I have lost from 204.8 down to 195.6 in the past 7 days.. 9.2 pounds .... YEAHHHHH.....if anyone has any tips for me...ALL are welcome..I need all the help and support I can get...and one question..How many eggs are to many eggs for one day period? ..
    Before I go I would like to say, each and everyone has been an inspiration to me reading all your stories makes me think I really may be able to do it myself..I HOPE SO ! !

    Go look at the acceptable vegetable list for induction there are a lot more veggies you can eat besides lettuce. Also remember there are two catagories one you can have two cups of the other one cup if you have not had over two cups of the first. Make sure you eat your salad veggies because they are necessary to stay regular.

      One way to get some veggies in like peppers or mushrooms is to make them into a sauce to pour over meat.
      Very easy to cook them in butter or oil till soft then puree them, and as it cooks down to quite a small amount they are easy to eat up.

      Or you can make soup the same way with other veggies.

        Congratulations on your 7 days on induction without cheating!!

          Hi Summer,
          This is my 7th day today...cheat free!! Hopefully we can keep in touch, give each other some encouragement! Congratulations on your weight loss!!! I am too scared right now to get on a scale, so I don't know what I weigh. But I would guess around 210. Good luck on week 2 of induction.
