Hello, My name is Summer..I have been on induction for 7 days now..NO CHEATING SO FAR.....YEAH ! ! The only problem that I have is..I hate most all veggies..uggggg...I have been trying to eat some salad with just lettuce, eggs & grilled chicken..but the lettuce I taste so strong it makes my meal almost horrid. So I have almost cut that one veggie also..I just cant stomach it..I have noticed the past few days, I have no energy at all...So I have been trying to eat a little more meat and a few more eggs to see if It will help me a little but not so far...I didnt shop wise this week so my primary meat has been chicken and a lot of eggs...lol..I told my husband if he woke up in the morning and there was a egg in the bed, I laid it...lol...I feel like I am turning into a chicken
...But I am really proud I have lost from 204.8 down to 195.6 in the past 7 days.. 9.2 pounds ....
YEAHHHHH.....if anyone has any tips for me...ALL are welcome..I need all the help and support I can get...and one question..How many eggs are to many eggs for one day period?

Before I go I would like to say, each and everyone has been an inspiration to me reading all your stories makes me think I really may be able to do it myself..I HOPE SO ! !
