    I want some decaf coffee; but I want creamer in it sense I cant have sugar.
    Hoe many teaspoons makes a ounce?

    If that's the non-dairy creamer stuff, you don't want it. Non-dairy creamer (like Coffee-Mate) is just alot of hydrogenated soy and other oils mixed with emulsifiers and stabilizers. Not good for your health at all.

    Heavy cream is the creamer you want to use on Atkins.

      There are two tablespoons to an ounce.

      Have you had coffee with heavy cream and splenda? Great stuff.

          So you definitely wont want to use the creamer - as far as I know they all have some sort of artificial sweetener in them!
