On my 7th day into induction (with no cheating) I bought a box of Breyers low car fudge bars that said 4 carbs each. I ate one since I hadn't had my full 20 grams for the day, then I ate 2, then I ate 3 which put me over my limit. My mouth still tastes funny as if I am still in ketosis, but did I fail induction? I have not cheated since and I am now in my 9th day. Haven't lost much weight though.
I threw out the rest of the box as I have no willpower as you can see.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
