Hi Liza - sorry I havent been around the last few days and only just noticed your question. I have moved it into its own thread so it doesnt get ignored!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

First go to "quick links", than to "edit signature". You will need to upload your picture to a photo hosting site such as www.photobucket.com and then copy the code they give you for your picture and paste it into your signature box. Sometimes you have to play around with resizing, I'm not very good at that, and it usually takes me all night to resize a single pic, so if you have trouble with that come back and post and I'm sure someone can be of help.
