i'm going to lunch at applebee's tomorrow with my sister and there was a shrimp salad with bacon vinegarette that i saw on their menu. i want to order that but only if it's not going to throw me off. do you guys think that would be ok to order?

call the restaurant and ask now what the ingredients are. We have no way of knowing if it is spiked with sugar or not.

DO not ask if it has sugar ask the ingredients cause for restuaurants honey isn't sugar.
