If you go to Tickerfactory.com, it will bring up some different trackers, click on the one that says weight loss, Then put in your weight info.., click next, it will then allow you to chose the ticker you want...after that you will see three different codes at the bottom,,highlight the bbcode and copy it, then go to edit signature and select copy and it should show up...Good luck..

Copy the bbcode (it's the first one) don't copy the HTML...hope this helps..
