  • is there a limit to mayo on induction?

anyone know if there's a limit to how much mayo we can have per day on induction? can't seem to find an answer in the book, or by searching the forum...

i love deviled eggs, but i'm worried that eating too many (of the mayo mixed with the yolk part) i'll be somehow eating too much of it to be able to lose..

    any help is appreciated!

yes there are limits. your hunger is the limiting factor. eat only enough food to satisfy your hunger each time you eat and stop even if there is food on the plate carbs in your budget or room in your belly. once you learn your hunger and its satifaction point you will have no trouble losing on Atkins.

if today you need 4 deviled eggs to satisfy your lunch hunger then that is the correct amount to have if tomorrow one egg does it then that is the correct amount.

if you don't klnow your hunger fix your meal eat 1/2 and stop putting the food away knowing you can eat again as soon as you are hungry be it 5 min or 5 hrs. you will be amazed at how little food it will take to satisfy your hunger as you learn it and get into ketosis. I was eating 4000 cals a day and losing when I started induction and dropped to under 2000 with my hunger satisfied and still losing.

    happy low carbing
