I love Excedrin. If I have a headache it wipes it out right away. Is it OK to take it? It contains caffeine.

we are supposed to avoid caffeine cause it stimulates insulin production but if your head has to have it use it.by the book atkinseer

I'd say go for it, but perhaps you might try a non-caffeine combo like 1 aspirin plus 1 acetominophen. I find this combination very effective for me, when 2 of either one would not be sufficient, and a higher dose than I want of eiither one by itself.~Susan

I see. I know it's best to go strictly by the book but if Excedrin is the only cheating I ever do, I can live with that
