Today was my last day of induction and I've lost 10 lbs. I was hoping to lose a little more as I see most people do on induction. Thats ok, I'm proud of those 10 I did lose and my pants are feeling looser. I think I'm going to do extended induction. I don't really find it that hard to stay on. I just wanted to share my results with all of you..I'll keep you posted on my progress...

You need to re-read Chapters 12 and 13 of the book and check the charts for your degree of metabolic resistance to weight loss. That will help you plan your Atkins more effectively.
Just remember we can all expect to lose 5-10% of the weight we need to lose during our first 14 days. For a person with 100 pounds to lose, that's 5 to 10 pounds. For a person with 10 pounds to lose that's 1/2 to 1 pound.
