    Nitrate-Free Bacon?

    I cant seem to find this anywhere...Has anyone had any luck finding some?

      I've heard that you have to go to a butcher for it. Have you checked your local butcher shop? Or the butcher at your market? I've never bothered. I don't eat it enough to be worried about it.

          Well with the new health warnings about nitrates causing cancer, I guess I wanted to be safe.
