    And going strong! My husband fixed me porkchops for lunch today....i cant wait. LOL! I've been eating lettuce wraps for lunch the past 2 days along with some other veggies.

    I weighed myself this morning.....drum roll.....186. Ok now that's with a cast too. So i really technically dont know how much i weight. I plan on weighing again when i get my cast off which will be on August 31. I cant believe i have gained that much in just the past couple of months off the program. I would say 20 pounds...but i guess all the drinking (beer), and bad food will do that to ya! I maintained for so long i wasnt concerned about it.

    Anyways...just wanted to vent about that! THAT'S 26 POUNDS!!! DANG!!!!!!!ok give or take a few for the cast!

    Keep it up and those pounds will come off with some more with them before you know it.

      Make sure you weigh the cast when it is removed so you can deduct it from your start weight!!

      It looks as if you are off to a good start!! I think I might have pork chops tomorrow, I tend to forget that our local cafe offers them!!

        I will be takking my cast home with me! I'm gonna have a smashing of the cast party...lol! I'm sure my dh and daughter will love to join in too! hehe! My porkchops were slamming!

        Bfast:
        2 eggs cooked sunny side
        w/ butter

        Lunch:
        2 porkchops (center cut) cooked in pan
        1/2 cucumber
        couple of celery sticks
        1/4 avacado

        Snack:
        Hard boiled egg

        Dinner:
        1 porkchop
        1/4 avacado
        1/2 cucumber
        raw spinach
        mushrooms

          Looking good!

          Beer changes my scale number DRAMATICALLY. I don't know if it's retaining water, or the alcohol content, or what. But 2 beers can send me up 5, that's right , 5 lbs overnight, even if I'm well w/in my CCCL. But it goes quickly away too, and this has to be a WOL, so I'm OK.

          Anyway, glad to hear of your steller progress and hope the induction flu is over for good. Just avoiding THAT should keep you on track LOL
