So, Ive read tons in the book about constipation and what to take for it...But..what if that's not your problem? What if it's the opposite? Ever since starting, ive had nothing but 'loose stool' Anyone dealt with this?

    And i do mean "loose"

How drastic of a change is the way you're eating now compared to the wa you were eating? Make sure you're replacing the water you're losing. Are you eating within the constraints of the bok?

Lol, its always nice to give someone a laugh in regards to poop.

Ok, and this might be gross...but the veggies i do eat, "spinach, mixed greens salad" all end up...like..not digested.

It might be all the fat. Are you eating a lot more fat now than you were before?

I know sometimes if I eat a really high fat meal it can mess with my tummy. Your system should adjust and get used to the higher fat content.

How many days has this been going on? If it goes past day 3 or 4 I would call your Dr....

P.S. That's normal with lots of veggies like lettuce, corn

Sounds like you are experiencing "dumping". It can happen until your body adjusts to the new way you are eating. Drink your water. Eat other fiber and don't just rely on leafy greens. Try cauliflower and broccoli. And make sure you are getting your proper balance of fat, protein and carbs.

if you have a food intolerance to any of those foods this more rapid passage could be your body's way of expelling the problem too. My mother has this any time she eats a food on her allergy list.

but if itr isn't then add soluble fiber like psyllium which will absorb some of the liquid in the bowels and bulk it up and slow the passage time allowing you to absorb more of the nutrients and fluids too.
