I was a heavy beer drinker, and junk food eater and I just stopped cold turkey. Its actually not all that hard. I know it varies from person to person, but I am happy with how its going. Only mistake I think I am making is using a multivitamin instead of seperate vitamins.
Truthfully I believe I am over eating but I eat only until full, not stuffed. Any ideas on how to fill up on smaller portions? Or do I just have to tough it out and get used to it.
I also am a little confused about how keto sticks are used? Any ideas?
