I am so happy I have not cheated at all. The first couple of days were very hard because I am a sugar junky. I am amazed that my sugar cravings are not so bad now. I had the worst headache as my body was adjusting to not having it. I am not as hungry. I have to admit I have not been eating my veggies like I should. I do not like most unless they are covered with dressing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can use to dip my veggies in without causing me to cheat? It would also be nice if it tastes really good. lol. I have lost 6lbs so far. I am having a very hard time not getting on the scale every time I go in the bathroom.

Re: 7 days cheat free!!!
Congratulations Jerrica, and welcome to the ADBB. You must learn to eat your veggies, they are a critical component to your Atkins success. Eat them raw, thats how I like them, or lightly steamed. A little butter, a little cheese sauce. You can also make a low carb dip mixing sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese together.

Re: 7 days cheat free!!!
Congrats on being cheat free! You are on your way to successful and healthy weight lose. Before I started I loved my salad swimming in salad dressing. It will change. In the beginning I was using 2 T to my 1 cup salad and that changed to 1 T within a month or so. Use fitday to make sure you don't go over your 20 carbs. Add some butter to your steamed veggies. It is okay.Elsie150
