    today is day 14 for me woo hoo cheat free ive lost 10 pounds all together what is my next step?should i continue the same rules

    The next step is up to you. You can move to extended induction or to OWL. Check out both forums and decide what is best for you. When I was done induction I did 2 weeks extended induction then went to OWL. In 7 months I lost 60 pounds with no cheats...then fell off the wagon and regained 33. Lost 8 last week.

    I think my only advice to you would be to not be scared to move to OWL. Some extended induction is okay but you really shouldn't lose almost all your weight on it as an important part of making Atkins your life time eating plan is doing the steps and learning what foods your body reacts too and what your carb level is. IF you read the posts in that forum you will see that many people continue to lose at a steady pace. Some people who stalled out on extended induction broke the stall by moving on to OWL.

    Good luck in what ever you choose to do. Well done on your work so far!!!

      Congratulations on your loss so far

        Deciding whether or not to move onto OWL is also covered in DANDR. There is a Chapter devoted to questions and answers to point you in the right direction.

          weigh to go chapter 13 of DANDR has the questions and chapter 14 explains OWl but our OWl forum explaines it better.
