  • extended induction

    Hello,
I finished 2 weeks on Atkins, I'm proud of myself, but I can't wait to see some real physical changes. I do feel good with this lifestyle, because whenever I ate a carb-ladden meal in the past, I felt terrible....bloated, tired, stuffed....but with Atkins, I never feel that way. So, I'm onto extended induction, which is where I will stay at least for another 2 weeks. Thanks everybody for all of your support.

    Re: extended induction

Congratulations on making through the first two weeks, and I am happy you have seen the rewards to the Atkins diet. You made it through the roughest part (relearning how to eat, detox, and normalizing your blood sugar). The rest is just more of the same and adding new foods in. Keep up the great work!

weigh to go. remember to keep using the questions in chapter 13 so you know when you need to move to OWL. it is better to move on then to move off Atkins should the need arise.
