should i be taking one of those 'carb control' vitamins? or will any multi-vitamin do? wasnt sure which was better... thank you.. and if this posts twice, im sorry!!

I'm not sure what's in those "carb-control" vitamins, anymore. But I'm sure it's just a marketing ploy.
In the book Dr. Atkins gives a run down of Atkins Basic 3 (not sure if they still make that !) Anyhow, compare that info with any other multivitamin on the shelf. Just be sure you don't take a multivitamin with iron (unless you have a medical condition that requires you take iron).
