  • End of Induction/Issue

So, i started out at 303lbs, and got as low as 294. So today is my last day, and i weighed this morning, and im back up to 299.

Im pretty frustrated at this point. I even worked out 3 times yesterday.

That's probably the reason!! Now, I'm not saying Don't work out, but 3 times is perhaps a bit excessive ESPECIALLY if you put a lot of strain on your muscles. If you are sore today or tomorrow, that is DEFINITELY where that extra weight came from. When you stress your muscles (i.e. exercise) they will retain water and you will get a weight gain.

Trust, it is water. It will go away eventually (I have to tell myself this ALL the time). Keep exercising, keep eating on plan and it will work for you.

Don't give up! Stick with it!

It could be due to water weight---muscles can retain water if they are suddenly exposed to exercise, too much salty foods can cause water retention, your TOM can cause you to retain (believe me, I gained 4 pounds last week, once my TOM is gone so will that water!).

Keep up your work and you'll see results. Remember, we didn't gain all of our weight in 2 weeks, so give your body time to lose it.

Yep, water weight after strenous exercizing, it happens. That's what it is, don't freak out. You are doing great and exercize is SO GOOD for you. You will drop the water weight in a few days once your muscles recover and get stronger.
