Wendy's Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers without the bun! I lOooooooove em!! They always seem to hit the spot. They come w\ tomato, lettuce and mayo. and you can get a side salad from there, or even there chicken salad. Wendy's is the best ( I think )


Someone made this alternative suggestion to the thread titled: Forgot lunch @ home: acceptable fast food alternatives? I thought that american cheese was not allowed on atkins? I thought only natural cheeses like cheddar, mozzerella etc.. If american cheese IS okay plz let me know!!!!! I AM AN AMERICAN CHEESE AND BROCOLLI FANATIC!!!!!!

Many folk get confused by that and we have some posts and topics about it.

reread that line in your DADNR it does not say only this cheese in this form! american is a blend of cheddar and colby and as long as it says Processed American cheese and not cheese food it is legal. Velveta is out and many of the yellow slices in the deli and cheese section are out too like land-o-lakes cause it is cheese food but real cheese is legal.
