    Hi friends,

    Thanks.

Hi Musu, the following quote has been copied and pasted from the thread below.

Eat liberally of combinations of fat and protein in the form of poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs and red meat, as well as pure, natural fat in the form of butter, mayonnaise, olive oil, safflower, sunflower and other vegetable oils (preferably expeller-pressed or cold-pressed).

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

actually you have fat in your steamed fish and chicken too. plug your foods into www.fitday.com and see how much fat you are actually getting in your foods even veggies have natural fat in them. Even though it says liberally if you look in your DANDR menus section a serving of oil or butter is a teaspoon-tablesppon not cups.

you should be aiming for about 65% of your total cals in the form of fats on Atkins.
