    Today has been tough, my sweet tooth is killing me. I love mike-n-ikes and I am craving them so bad I almost fell off the wagon and went and got some out of the vending machine in the break room. I am dying... I know I can do this I have done it before I on my first day of induction, I have the nasty cravings and headache.

    Breakfast:
    2 scrambled eggs
    2 slices of candian bacon

    Lunch:Salad
    lettuce
    red & green onion
    feta cheese
    grilled chicken
    cucumber
    oil
    vinegar

    dinner:
    roast beef
    summer squash
    green squash

    Stay Strong Sister ! I think that the first day is the hardest ( For me anyway ). Your giving up your usual routine of eating and what you eat ! But it's for the better YOU! This is my first day also - restarting Atkins after 100 failed attempts.. Be strong and keep smiling !

      So You Started Today Too, I Just Thought Ok I Will No Start Today And Wait Until Sunday, I Keep Doing This. I Went Into The Machine With 2.00 To Get Mike And Ikes And Walked Out With Nothing! I Want To Have A Piece Of My Daughters 2nd Birthday Cake That I Am Paying 60.00 For Saturday Is Her 2nd Birthday. Should I Wait To Restart Until Sunday Or What Should I Do????
