Hello, I am not a breakfast person at all (I could go without eating untill 1:00pm) so when I am on atkins I try as hard as I can to eat something in the morning but I need to know how much is considered a meal. I am currently choking down some turkey sausage (only had 2) and I am ready to stop but I don't want to under eat
