I buy mine in the pharmacy depart of Walmart, they sit with the diabetic supplies and are
about $7.00.

You don't have to buy them to be on Atkins. Just follow the plan as it is written. If you start feeling like you have "bad breath" and begin losing weight, you are in ketosis. I'd rather see people spend the money on good veggies than on ketostix!!

I love those little sticks! What a motivator. I cut mine in half since there a bit expensive.SW: 163 (Started lo fat diet Feb 06)
CW: 133 (3rd day on Induction)
GW: 116
Goal loss on induction: -10 lbs
Note: I am a member of OA and Atkins is my approved diet, not "diet"....Comment
