I am posting in the 14 day induction for I am not exactly restarting Atkins. More than a year ago I started Atkins briefly (about 2 weeks) and did very well. I then went overseas and well ....... you know the rest. We'll I.ve been bakc now for quite some time and decided that NONE of my excuses are valid anymore. I just turned 30 a couple of months ago and decided that I WILL look better by my next B-Day (May 2007). I'm familiar with how Atkins works & have read the book etc a million times. So here goes........
Starting weight: 251 pounds
Goal weight: 149 pounds
Exercise: 30 min Treadmill x4/week & Kettlebell classes x2/week
I must admit that I tend to sabotage myself when I start doubting whether or not I will ever reach my goal, so a little support will go a long way.
A Looooooooong journey ahead of me , but you have to start somewhere right??
