    Re: my Induction questions....

If you don't have time to cook in the morning, do some prep work the night/afternoon before.

I rarely eat normal breakfast food for breakfast. I usually have leftovers from dinner, so I'll put some in a container so I can grab it, my lunch and my snack before I head out the door. It works perfectly!

Buy the premade stuff you just reheat. Eggs take like 2 minutes to cook. So, this really is a hard excuse. BUT LIKE I SAID IF YOU REALLY REALLY TRULY TRULY, just feel like you don't have the time. I feel like this would be a better idea than skipping breakfast completely. Atkins does make the shakes that are induction friendly. That you can use for breakfast on OCCASION!!.

I'm sure anything is fine on occasion but one of the main reasons to stay away from this stuff - especially in the beginning is because they may cause major cravings. Trust me, added cravings in the beginning because you're eating the wrong things is only going to make sticking to this that much harder. If you don't have time to cook in the morning plan ahead and make your food beforehand. It will make all the difference!
      Good luck!

        Good luck!

They do not cause cravings for me. But, everyone is different. The whole atkins process is a try and learn thing. And, you shouldn't drink these every morning. Dr. Atkins said that in his book. But, he also stated that they could be used occasionaly. They honestly cause me no cravings and no stalls. I could drink them for every meal. But EVERYONE is different. You should be careful. If they seem to make you want to go after the sweets stay away from them. If they help you, and they don't cause a stall. I think they are fine.
