in the book it states that you are allowed up to 110 g of cheese, including soft, semi soft, etc. I had my 110 g today and it was camembert- i just noticed on the spread sheet that was posted (very helpfull btw) that camembert is only allowed in OWL? it doesn't say anything like that in the book? any info please!

Re: question about cheese
Heidi is correct. Fresh cheeses, like cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, are not allowed on Induction. But any aged cheese is.~Megs~

Re: question about cheese
Good spot - there seem to be several cheeses wrongly identified as only being legal after the dairy rung - Brie, Camembert and parmesan are definitely induction-legal as they are aged cheeses!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
