Hurricane Ernesto is approaching Florida and we can't forget Katrina any time soon. Last year we had some ADBB members who were in Katrina's path and they assured us that the Red Cross and other relief agencies did not have provide naturally low carb food, like canned meats, canned vegetables, etc.
