New to this site as well, and a question that i would like some answers to is: How much Exercise should one do on the Atkins induction and afterwards stage?
I go to Curves 4-5 mornings a week and walk 4.5km 3-4 times weekly.
Should i add more to my schedule? Can one lose and not exercise at all while on Atkins?
I would like to find a healthy balance between eating/ exercise and not obsess about either like i have done so many times in the past.
