I quite often have bacon and mushrooms. But a good rule for you, is that you don't necessarily have to have traditional breakfast foods for breakfast. You could always have left overs from the night befores meal. Or indeed anything at all thats legal.

Breakfast doesn't have to be in the traditional sense of the standard fare at McDonalds. True, eggs can be eaten for breakfast, but also for lunch, dinner and snacks.

So it is also for foods traditionally known as "lunch", "dinner" and "snack" foods - IF THEY ARE ON THE INDUCTION FOODS LIST THEY MAY BE EATEN DURING INDUCTION AT ANY TIME, within their stated limits, of course.

This means you can have fried ham with melted cheese and a slice of tomato.
You can have swordfish sauteed with snow peas, topped with parmesan.
You can have celery with cream cheese and leftover chicken or whatever from dinner.

Hope this helps, and good luck to you!

How about a sausage patty (with or without a little cheese) between 2 Atkins Revolution rolls (or a roll sliced in half)? I've been having that, but I was a piggy and ran out of the rolls.

Can you actually have rolls during induction though?

I am not 100% sure what Atkins revolution rolls are, but they aren't normal rolls.

I have been making homemade pimento cheese: Mild chedder cheese grated and softened, spleand, jar of pimetoes and dukes mayo. I mix enough mayo until it's the right consistancy. Oh, at times I add cayanne pepper to give a little kick. I can just eat this by it selft. Usually about 1/4 a cup will satisfy me till snack time.
