    To have or not to Have

    A newbie just wondering about stuffed Olives? tried searching for it online, but alass , i am getting impatient. so here i am asking all of you....Can I have olives while on induction?????

    10-20 olives are legal, in addition to your 3 cups veggies, pimento is a type of pepper, also legal. I'd guess that if you ate 20, you'd have about 1/8 cup of veggy to count. You still have to cout all carbs from both (read label).

      Olive's stuffed with what? Bonniestomper is correct about the amount of olives you can have on induction. I recently found green olives stuffed with blue cheese at Trader Joe's. I can get by on a few of these here and there.

        As has been said olives are allowed on induction under the 'special foods' category and are a YMMV item (your mileage may vary). This includes foods that sometimes cause people to stop losing weight, so if you suspect they are causing you that problem then drop them for a while
