    Hi,
Is decaf coffee ok? I have been drinking one (large) cup in the morning, with splenda and heavy cream

    Re: decaf

Well, it says that you can drink decaf coffee during the diet, but not as the daily drink - remember to drink water too. I'm not really sure about splenda. I don't use it. I drink decaffeinated coffee almost every day, but I don't use anything else.

Yep... decaf is fine, with cream too. Just remember to keep cream (three tablespoons, isn't it?) and splenda (three servings) to the allowed daily amounts, especially if you're in induction still.
      Happy shrinking!

According to what I've read in the book Splenda is the preferred artificial sweetner, (over saccharine) and you are allowed 3 packets a day. Asparatame or Nutrasweet is discouraged in the book... Have a great day!
