Roasted chicken breast (with the skin on), baked aubergines/eggplant and roast red pepper.
Followed by half a cup of rhubarb topped with sweetened cream cheese (using two of the allowed 3 daily sweetener servings)

Same as last night, except I'm having a turkey burger patty and I'm adding alittle piece of pepperoni to the grilled cheese and tomato sandwich.

Lildvl -- what's a cheese bowl, and how do I make it? Sounds yummy! (Anything with cheese...!)

                              Thanks!
