  • induction flu over!!!!!

This was day 6 of my induction and the first day I didnt wake up or end up with a horrible headache. I also felt like i had some energy. The last 5 days I had felt drained as well as the headaches like i had gotten just a couple hours sleep. The fog has lifted and I am ready to keep going. I am so glad, I was so discouraged by the way I was feeling I was ready to quit. I knew it would be worth it to keep going though. Im down 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6 days, huh? I think I can live with that. I'm just finishing day one of induction and I already have a headache. I threw the carbs out last night and was left with one shelf of 'clean' food left and a 5 box food donation, so needless to say I'm a carb addict.

Im sure it wont take 6 days for you, not sure why it took so long for me. This is my seconed time around and first time, even with a caffeine addiction it only took 3 days. and last time i lost 18 lbs in 2 weeks. Hoping to come close to that again but if not hey 10lbs is amazing!

Way to go Mothercooter, hanging in there when your body is in rebellion takes a lot of strength. I had the headaches for 5 days, and finally they lifted...so did the fatigue...It was worth it. I am on day 39 and don't have headaches, or cravings, and induction has done it's deal and i am burning fat and releasing ketones...it is worth it...
