  • SO excited!

    This may sound a little strange but I am really excited about starting this WOE in the morning! I have spent all week re aquainting myself with DANDR and went out tonight to buy all the foods etc I will need.

    I know this is going to be a success and I can't wait to post my pics in a few weeks time to show you all the difference xxx
    If you wan't something badly enough, make sure you get it!

    Mini Goals-
    Get to 13 stone (182lbs)-
    Lose 14lbs-
    Lose 28lbs-
    Get to 11 stone (154lbs)
    Get to goal-

    welcome back to Atkins.

    what you doing for the mandatory exercise part of your Atkins? we got lots of exercise challenges that are open enrollment and ongoing so mosey on over to that forum and join a few.

          Hey!

          Thanks guys! I am going to a gym starting Monday and they are going to do me a program so I will be able to tell you more about that on Monday evening. I will let you know tomorrow how my first day goes!

                going to the gym on monday is good but what are you doing today and tomorrow????? take a walk or do something new to you so you will be doing Atkins as exercis is madatory from day one.


                you may feel a little weak when you get to the gym on Monday cause your body will be switching over to running on body fat for fuel and like a car engine you can't just switch from gas to disel. your body will be building more fat burning factories in your cells, creating more fat transporting molecules and coenzymes and also storing more fastty acides in your muscle tissues for quick energy replacement so don't let the gym folk scare you off low carbing cause you have a poor preformance day. it will take a few weeks to build your stamina up in both exercie and fatburning but boy once you get going look out you will be a shrinking fatburning lady!

                    Do I have to exercise EVERY day? I though like 4 times a week would be enough? I mean obviously I could do a little every day like walking the dog or whatever. But most weekends I look after my niece, she is only 6 so she can't really come to the gym with me! ha ha!
