I did my weekly shopping...and got a little confused... Can I eat all beef hotdogs without the bun of course?

sure if they have no starchy fillers/sugars in them and are 100% meat ...also try to avoid the ones that are full of chemicals

the term all beef only means beef is the only meat in there not that the hotdogs are nothing but beef and spices.
I hated discovering this cause I was sure they would be soy free too but mosy of them weren't
read the ingredients and see what the fillers and sweeteners are and if they are on the acceptable foods lists.by the book atkinseer
