Found these im my pantry with no nutritional info on them. Looked it up on fitday and it says 0 carbs. However the ingredients say modified cornstarch and mustard flour. Doesnt sound good. Anyone know?

You can eat them, but scrape off as much of the mustard sauce as possible. And for insurance sake, I would count them as at least 3 net carbs.

mustard flour is fine it is just ground up mustard ...I ate these on induction ...the ones with mustard sauce but like Megs said I did drain off most of the sauce just in canse...

hey if you like sardines here is a good dip that I learned about from a friend who runs a Cambodian market here

take a can of sardines in oil and mash them all up with the juice of one lime, a couple of teaspoons minced sweet onion and a minced jalepeno

spread this on veggie slices ..I love it on jicama or those tiny Asian eggplants sliced (they are a white and mottled green variety that are no bigger than a golf ball usually)

sardines are really good for you ..I love them myself
      nice breath afterwards!!!!
