  • weight loss after 2 weeks

    after a few stops and starts, i have re- started induction and doing it right this time and with sheer determination. i have kept a food journal, done my work outs- even went to a party and managed not to cheat.
    so my total weight loss for this two week induction period is 8.8 lbs. i am thrilled to say the least! i was expecting far less. so i will reward myself with a pair of shoes. i have also decided to do induction for another week. next monday after my weight and measurements i will re-evaluation and decide if i should go for another week- hopefully next monday i will also have good news!!!

      WOW! I am hopeful that i will lose too , Day 4 of induction and refuse to step on the scale yet.. Great JOB! U should be very proud of yourself.

          congrats! i'm a purse junkie myself! hopefully, i'll have reason to celebrate & splurge soon keep up the great work!
