Gained 4lbs this week!!! Where did it come from??
I have not cheated once! I even have some carb free boiled sweets that I bought in case of sugar cravings, my theory being If I have something that I *CAN* eat in, I wont go mental and start baking/go to the shops.
Result: Not even touched them! still in a sealed pack
drinking upwards of 3L of water a day
Checking Ketosis strips, pale - medium pink, not one dark day this week yet
daily diet tracker (like your Fitday) shows Carbs at 3-4% average, fat 60 - 70% bit high and protein making up the rest
The ONLY think I can think of is calories. I know ATkins says you "need never count calories again" but Im averaging 1500 a day. This isnt excessively low
Am I panicking or Houston, do we have a problem?
