quiznos for lunch?

i went to quiznos today and got the honey mustard chicken salad with no honey mustard but with ranch instead ( i ordered this salad because it has cheese and bacon on top) does this sound okay or do these salads bring too much lettuce and if not how many cups of lettuce are in these approximately?

LV, as I'm in UK I have no idea about how much lettuce is in the salad, but you should be able to 'eyeball' what they give you and make a fair guess.
According to their website this is what was in your salad

Honey Mustard Chicken Salad
Chicken breast strips are topped with cheddar cheese and crispy bacon, sprinkled with spices and placed on Quiznos Sub special recipe Salad Blend with vine-ripened cherry tomatoes. The salad is served with a side of Quiznos Honey Mustard dressing. (10 Grams Net Carbohydrates)*

I assume there would be 'some' carbs in the salad, tomatoes and cheese, but most of the carbs might have been in the dressing which you didnt eat.

There might have been some carbs in the ranch dressing though.

there might also be carbs in the chicken depending on how it was cooked too!

The only way to know for sure will be to ask them.
Here is a form on which you can send a question asking for the exact nutrition information for what you had - they can also tell you how many cups of lettuce there was if you ask them.

When I went to quiznos, I got a sub but had them make it in a cup. Then instead of dressing, I just used mayonnaise. Im not sure on the rest, just making a suggestion.
