Just remember that during Induction we have to measure vegetable that cook down significantly in the raw form. So 1 cup of tomato sauce is not the same as 1 cup sliced tomatoes.

If a vegetable, such as spinach or tomato, cooks down significantly, it must be measured raw so as not to underestimate its carb count.

You can use your fitday.com account or any other carb counter to figure out how much 1 cup of raw tomato is then figure out what that would be in terms of the sauce you are using.
